What is Hightide's return and exchange policy?

            • If your new Hightide shorts are not making your balls sing praises, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure they're unworn, unwashed, and that they still have their tags on. Remember, we're all about hygiene and comfort, and your future pair insists on fresh surroundings.
            • Picked a pair but your coconuts are craving a different color or style? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. As with returns, make sure the shorts are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Faulty goods and refunds?

            • If your shorts arrive with a defect (we hope not, we teach our shorts better manners), or they play hide and seek (AKA they're lost in transit), please contact our customer service immediately. We'll move mountains (and waves) to get you a new, perfectly behaved pair.
            • Once we receive your returned shorts, we'll inspect them to make sure they're in tip-top shape. Once approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Allow 10 business days for the refund to show in your account. We promise it'll be quicker than a game of beach volleyball!
            • Remember, at Hightide, our main goal is to keep your beach balls breezy and your mind at ease. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to get in touch. We're here to help you ride the wave of comfort!

Is this actually a real product?

            • You betcha! We totally get the skepticism, but let us assure you that Hightide is as real as a seagull stealing your sandwich at the beach. Our swim trunks are absolutely legit and will be delivered faster than you can say "sunscreen." So, rest assured, dive into our challenge, and get ready to rock those trunks like a true beach legend!
